Gallery), nine years after the presentation of "Entremets de la Palissade" (Fence Desserts) by Raymond Hains at the First Festival of New Realism in Nice (July 13th, 1961), twelve years after the blue cocktail, symbol of universal impregnation through color, served by Yves Klein to his guests during his exhibition of Emptiness at Iris Clert's (April 28th, 1958)…"
